Tenants are responsible for replacing light bulbs, smoke detector batteries, and furnace filters, if applicable. If you have a clogged toilet or garbage disposal that you can not clear on your own, you should submit a maintenance request with Dakota Property Management. Depending on the cause of the clog - you may be responsible for the cost of clearing the clog. Do not submit emergency maintenance requests on the tenant portal - please call our office. An emergency is any maintenance issue that is threatening to life, health, or the property and cannot wait until the next business day to be addressed.
